What Pixelrnova does — and who it's for
Pixelrnova is a boutique real estate agency based in Curitiba, Paraná. We work across four service areas — property sales, rentals, independent valuations, and consulting — exclusively within Curitiba and the surrounding Região Metropolitana. Our clients tend to be individuals and small investors who have had frustrating experiences with larger agencies: too many agents, too little communication, and advice that felt more like a push toward commission than a conversation about their actual goals. We built Pixelrnova to be a different kind of brokerage — one where you deal with the same person from the first call to the final document, and where our business model doesn't depend on you moving fast. The city we work in — Curitiba — has one of Brazil's most stable and analytically interesting property markets: a strong rental demand driven by its universities and tech sector, neighbourhoods with genuinely different character (Batel, Água Verde, Centro Cívico, Portão), and a buyer pool that rewards honest pricing over speculative asking values.
How the team works — and where we draw limits
There are three of us on the active team. Between us we've completed over 140 transactions since 2018 — a mix of apartment sales, commercial lets, residential rentals, and standalone valuation reports commissioned by buyers before they made an offer. We spend more time on each case than a larger agency would consider economical: every property we list is physically visited at least twice before marketing, every valuation includes a written comparables report, and every prospective tenant is spoken to before being presented to a landlord. We are deliberate about what we don't do. We don't manage properties after lease signing. We don't operate outside the Curitiba metro area — if you ask us to handle something in Florianópolis or São Paulo, we'll tell you to find someone local rather than pretend we have knowledge we don't. We also don't offer guaranteed sale prices or guaranteed rental yields — those promises require ignoring market reality, and we'd rather keep your trust than win a listing with a number we can't back up. The emerald-fresh colours you see throughout this site are not accidental — they reflect how we think about this work: clear-headed, grounded, and a little bit different from the standard real estate palette.
